I talked with the young lady that schedules appointments about the medicine and an health issue that I was having and schedule an appointment with Dr. Rao. She indicated if I could stay or return in 45 minutes, I could see Dr. Rao. How many times do you go to a MD office and are able to see the Dr.? I appreciated her staff's concern about my health issue and medication. Most offices seem to want to schedule 3 months out. Dr. Rao met with me, giving me some instructions, changed my prescription and scheduled an appointment in a couple of months. I have had 2 colonoscopies done by Dr. Rao. She is very professional and seems to be a caring doctor about her patients."
