"As soon as I got to the exam room, a tech came in and took my vitals. Within 60s after that, the PA came in and reviewed my meds and discussed concerns I had. She was totally professional, and I felt very comfortable opening up for discussing personal issues - something that is usually difficult for me. Within a minute after she left, Dr Pham arrived, had obviously spent that minute getting updated on my concerns with his PA, and already had an Action Plan for my concerns. I was out and in, in about 10min. Two days later, his suggestions are already providing a large percentage of relief to my 'issues'.
