"We came here from Madigan Hospital on JBLM on a referral due to staffing shortage at the hospital. This was SonHee's third colonoscopy and the first here at WAGI. The facility was nice clean and the staff were generally friendly. SonHee really liked her recovery. She felt lucid quicker after the procedure here much more than she did on Madigan. Going forward we hope this will be our preferred local for future colonoscopies! Highly recommended!"
"i doubt that i could have been treated better and the fact that she listened made me think she was hearing my words. in the 60's i was hoping for civil rights etc well and today i would fight for medical support. most - like me- do not have the brain to self diagnose -- - some might think they do... but all of us, i would suggest 'hope' that the medical folk we see - knowing we are closer to grave than the cradle, would simply listen and not wonder what the new patient might be. the lady i saw listened and asked questions - and made me feel i would be in good hands"

"While I accept and approve of the annual appointment via internet, I would appreciate speaking directly to physician when the appt is in person. The young male tech was proficient but at age 74 - geriatric age - I think Dr. Schwarz is much more proficient in speaking to a grey panther. A small hiccup was fact that my first call - directly after receiving first reminder - was never returned. I then let it go until the final reminder arrived by mail. My second call was answered directly. Thank you otherwise for the in-Office treatment."

"Everything was great. The only thing I was concerned about was the use of conscious sedation. There were questions I wanted to ask Dr. Katsman. I may have but I don't remember. Propofol I had for my colonoscopy was much better I think. The paperwork I took home had good information but I had some specific questions I wanted to ask."

"I have been waiting YEARS for a final diagnosis, and have had mostly bad experiences with all healthcare providers. Dr Rosenblatt did my colonoscopy and answered all my questions. She is incredibly thorough and polite. Although the wait times are a pain for follow up appointments (4 months out), it's totally worth it for a doctor that finally listens and doesn't belittle me."
"I didn’t have WiFi access for my Dad’s virtual visit. However, I was able to use my data on my cell. It worked great! The only thing I should have done was put my calls on “DO NOT DISTURB”, because twice when a call came in my connection with the Provider was cut off. She, very graciously, called us back. ARNP Betty was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Thank you."

Any parking works bc inside they have an elevator for all 3 floors. Just know 2202 for the building number and look for it on the side of the building up high and to the left on it. Park it and they have a list of all the rooms next to the elevator."

I was a new patient and it was under less than ideal circumstances - not feeling great and not meeting in person (video conference appointment). I completely felt heard and understood by Dr Schwartz and have every confidence in him and with his staff for my upcoming procedure."
"My experience was very simple -- since I'm 85 years old, no action was necessary. But the friendliness and competence of the staff who talked with me -- Michelle Hendrickx -- was very reassuring. Clear explanations, and strong encouragements were very helpful. The arrangements of appointments (I had to change mine twice by my choice) was easily done. The office and desk were reassuring. And finding the full details on the portal shortly after I returned home was much appreciated. Thank you to all -- please continue such good service. "Everyone there, from reception to my doctor was very sweet! My doctor was thorough and she seemed to be very honest with me. They told me my follow up paperwork would be on the patient portal by the end of the day and instructions for my procedure would be sent to me within about 24 hours, I have received everything well within the time frames. I only waited for a few minutes after I checked in to be taken to the back as well, then a few minutes after the nurse left the doctor came in. Very professional and clean facility."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Holderman’s for many years, several endoscopies and colonoscopies, the last colonoscopy Dr. Holderman found a malignant mass, I have since had surgery and the mass removed it was caught at a very early stage Thanks to Dr. Holderman and his staff. I had gone to his office for something totally unrelated to my colon, but I was advised that I was past due for my colonoscopy, two weeks later I had a endoscopy and colonoscopy both procedures performed the same day. I have no idea how long I would have gone before getting a colonoscopy and the out come may not have been as great as it was. I would still have the cancer growing inside of me. I will always be thankful to Dr Holderman and his practice. The whole staff has been there for me, to help me, and answer all my questions and concerns, the office is always clean, everyone has always been very friendly, helpful and professional."

"I can't believe I'm reading so many poor reviews. It looks like they were from years ago so maybe management has changed? I switched to this office after a bad experience at another. They've been absolutely amazing. Any time I reached out they called me back with in 4 hours. They responded to my messages in less than 4 hours. If the doctor is not around they will call to let you know the doctor isn't in but they will speak to him and get back to you as soon as they can. I've never had an office be that generious! I should add that the of my appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and ended up getting called in 5 minutes early. The appointment was fast and I was able to get lab work done all with in an hour and a half."

When I was under his care, for both procedures I was a part of, he was passionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. His expertise stands out in both diagnosis and treatment. He was always able to respond in a timely manner to my inquiries through my entire process, prior to and after, of the procedure and treatment. The staff at this clinic provided consummate professionalism from scheduling to billing, and inquiries about prescriptions. If I had decided to choose another clinic based on Google reviews then I would have been woefully misguided. Give them the opportunity for consultation and decide for yourself. I understand most GI related occurrences require more immediate attention, but great GI physicians will have a full schedule. P.S. If you happen to see this review Dr. Schwartz & Team, I personally thank you for returning some normalcy to my life, and it was an absolute pleasure to have been, and to be your patient."
