"The office building was hard to find. Google has it listed as 1/4 mile away any in some bushes. The people were really nice and listened to my needs."
"Nice doctor when we met. Had my procedure and got results that were terrifying to me. No follow up, just a generic letter via email that I am to come back in 2 years for another procedure. I have questions that need answers, and tried getting in touch with Dr. Tan via phone and email. I was sent 2 more letters via email as my answer! This morning I did get a message back from dr. Tan saying yes we will have a follow up and start some kind of treatment. Don't give up when you think you need a follow up. It's important to keep reaching out. Advocate for yourself. Now I will wait for the appointment. I feel much better having a response from Dr. Tan."
"I just love Dr. Tan, and his group. Each one of them made me feel very comfortable and at ease. If you're looking for an awesome gastroenterology, you dont need to look any further. I guarantee you will be 100% satisfied."
"You can communicate with him and he wants to rule everything out so he can get right to the bottom of things and treat the disease you have, not what others have misdiagnosed you with. He is a very nice doctor."
"I am quite happy with Dr. Tan, he is readily available and responsive to my questions. I have a lot of questions. Also was very pleased with being able to schedule an emergency colonoscopy last year and my treatment was great"
"The colonoscopy went without a problem. My only issue was in getting my appointment. Stopped by the front desk last February to make an appointment for my colonoscopy. Made it for April. A few weeks later, I get a call that I need to have a consult with a Dr. before I can make an appointment. Had the consult, which seemed like a waste of my time and the doctor's (this was my 4th colonoscopy). I then find out my colonoscopy won't happen until September. You need to look at the need for a consult for patients who have already had the procedure, perhaps then more timely appointments would be possible."
"My whole procedure was seemless. Their system is organized and went smoothly. I never experienced any pain or side effects. Staff was friendly. Got the pathology report quickly. I have had many colonoscopies in my life and this whole experience was by far the best one."
"The staff were very pleasant, wait was minimal, and Dr Tan’s assistant was pleasant and thorough. And Dr Tan shared details of my tests and answered my questions very completely. Much appreciated. I was very satisfies with visit."
"I arrived for my appointment early, checked in with the very pleasant receptionist. I was called for my appointment right on time. Vitals, etc, were taken right away and Dr saw me within 5 minutes of that. All in all not a bad day."
"I've had several colonoscopies. This one had more more detailed directions for the week before than ever before with days of dietary restrictions. But that was supposed to make for a more accurate reading, so it's worth it. I had to drink half the solution the evening before the procedure and then get up at 5am to drink the rest (5 hours before my appointment). For the first time the solution did its job without making me feel sick. My appointment ran late, and my husband was called to pick me up when I was supposedly done a good 40 minutes too early. But the staff was kind and caring and professional."
"Staff was professional and the environment was full of joy and some jokes ( the nurses who spoke to me in the beginning). Each part of the team explained every part of the process. Asked if I had any questions during each step. Dr. Tan spoke to me about my previous procedure results. After this current procedure he explained the results and biopsy sent to the lab for results. Paul had a challenging time to get my veins to pop up but he persisted and got it the first time- a real pro. The anesthesiologist explained the medication she was using. Asked me several questions and asked me if I had any questions. She warned me about a slight burning sensation and boom I was out. I recommended this office to triwest and told them you all rock."
"My experience was top tier! I couldn't have asked for absolutely nothing better. I walked in the front door, was escorted to my exam cubicle and quite literally under sedation within 10 minutes of arriving. I was blown away."
"There was an issue with the location I was scheduled at which made it so I was unable to be given medication. As uncomfortable as the procedure I had was, the staff was absolutely excellent and very kind. I would definitely recommend."
"Dr. Tan quickly arranged for the procedure and listened patiently to my rambling. I had it once before at a different clinic but this time I was really pleased with the instructions for the prep and the procedure. So much better than before. Wish I had come here to begin with"
"Dr. Tan is very thorough in his explanation and I have felt way better since visiting him. Everyone was very courteous at the clinic. Very happy to return for my next visit. I also want to add, I had no pain or stress from my Endo or Colonoscopy. Thank you very much for your excellent skills."
"The staff who checked me in, (didn’t give me her name) was very helpful. The nurse, Paul, who did the interview, took my vitals, prep me, was very efficient and answered all my questions. He was very gentle and explained what he was doing to me as he was prepping me. He made sure I was comfortable and allay my fears and anxiety. Nurse Julie called me the afternoon before my procedure and made sure I have all I need for my prep. She was amazing that morning, made me feel comfortable as she was putting me to sleep ( for lack of a better word.) Over all my experience in the clinic was excellent! Dr. Tan and his staff were great."
"It was a good visit nurses were really nice and so is my doctor I appreciate everything they did for me that day thank you I give you guys five stars"
"Very friendly and attentive. Asked questions, discussed treatments, gave advice and choices for preferred methods of treatments. A wonderful experience"
"The people were great. My prep nurse, Paul, was very good. And I don’t remember much of anything after being wheeled into the procedure room. So that’s perfect."
"Dr. Tan is very thorough in his explanation and I have felt way better since visiting him. Everyone was very courteous at the clinic. Very happy to return for my next visit."
"An excellent experience from the woman on the phone to the Doctor himself. Paul and Amber were superb nurses, worked well together and very personable and likeable. Justin, the nurse anesthesia was a hoot. Had a sense of humor but knew what he was doing. Dr. Tan seemed like a younger version of Dr. Yes, very competent but also very human!! All in all a 5+ experience for a not so pretty procedure, l will be back in 5 years."
"All the nurses were extremely friendly and kind. They each introduced themselves and explained their role in the process, which is very comforting as a patient experiencing a procedure for the first time."
"The dr and the nursing staff that takes care of you for procedures were kind, polite, and seemed to generally care about you. The front office staff is a complete nightmare. They were rude and Snarky, treated me like I wasn’t worth their time. On a call with the prep receptionist the woman accidentally disconnected the call, and never called me back. I also had issues with the front office staff not emailing me the prep instructions for colonoscopy. Was supposed to have it 7 days before the colonoscopy. Only received it after having to make 2 phone calls. Thankfully the dr and nurses are all wonderful."
