        "Dr. Gou is a fantastic GI doctor! He is very knowledgable and encouraging. I appreciated how he listened to me empathetically and treated me with dignity and respect. Some doctors can be condescending or may not make you feel heard, but Dr. Gou really took the time to understand my history and wishes for the future. He performed an upper endoscopy for me and explained the results really well. I was extremely nervous but his calm demeanor really helped me feel more comfortable. The rest of his staff is always kind and helpful as well! I highly recommend Dr. Gou and his clinic! So professional and caring."
