Clinical Research

As technology and techniques rapidly evolve, the GI Alliance Clinical Research Department strives to identify treatment innovations that make therapies safer, more effective, and intuitive for the Patient. With more than 160 active clinical trials, patients have access to new advancements in GI care and treatment modalities. In addition, our team monitors each patient-specific disease state with more personalized and frequent care than in a traditional treatment setting for the thousands of patients enrolled in GIA clinical trials.

When joining a clinical trial, patients can expect to:

  • Participate in most clinical trials at zero cost to the Patient
  • Gain access to new and innovative therapies and medications
  • Receive frequent, in-person treatment for their specific condition/diagnoses

In addition to Clinical Research, the GI Alliance Department of Research & Education also serves as an internal and external repository of advanced GI research data, treatment protocols, and continuing education training from industry thought leaders and experts. The resources available to GI Alliance physicians serve to grow their GI knowledge and expertise, enhance their skills and ensure they leverage the best treatment modalities and options for their patients.
