"I received concise information from Sarah, Dr. Jones' assistant, on the night before my procedure about exactly how to prep. My procedure was on 7/23. I was so nervous, because I'm not used to getting procedures like this, but I was amazed at the efficiency of the staff and the good communication going on between everybody in the endoscopy area. Shoutout to the preop nurse and the nurse that wheeled me to the procedural room. They told me exactly what to expect. And they were right. I'm a nurse, so it's hard to be on the other end of the equation. I was so scared, but everybody was so nice. Dr. Jones is a very knowledgeable and efficient provider. I'm glad to have him as my GI doctor. Will definitely keep seeking preventive care through this organization. I am impressed."

I could not give a 5-star review because I called the clinic a few days before the colonoscopy and asked if one of the allergy meds would interfere with the procedure. The nurse didn't call me back, but I spoke with a medical assistant who was very inconsiderate. I had never encountered this type of behavior in the medical field before and it upset me. I am just glad I had a good experience with the procedure and staff."

Of course the last part was verified by my driver, but I can verify that Dr. Henry sat and talked to me at length before the procedure. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. "Awesome service from everyone on the team. I have a few suggestions for an even better experience. Suggest making sure everyone is aware that the appointment time is one hour different from procedure time, especially if your appointment is at noon. As a patient, the 1:00 PM time slot for the procedure can be very tasking especially if on a liquid diet for a period of time. Additionally, staff or primary should provide options for prepping for the procedure-one gallon drink versus 2-16oz drink. Dr. Underwood was absolutely amazing, procedure was done within the hour...thank you!!!"
