"I had a colonoscopy done in July at the Madison clinic of GI Associates & Endoscopy Center. This was my 3rd colonoscopy performed by Dr. Mark E. Wilson. The staff did a great job from contacting me for scheduling, to rescheduling to meet my needs was fantastic. And everything they did the day of my procedure turned out great. Of course the last part was verified by my driver, but I can verify that Dr. Henry sat and talked to me at length before the procedure. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Suggest making sure everyone is aware that the appointment time is one hour different from procedure time, especially if your appointment is at noon. As a patient, the 1:00 PM time slot for the procedure can be very tasking especially if on a liquid diet for a period of time. Additionally, staff or primary should provide options for prepping for the procedure-one gallon drink versus 2-16oz drink. Dr. Underwood was absolutely amazing, procedure was done within the hour...thank you!!!"
