It was a bit cold and after my procedure, my relative said no one called them about coming to pick me up as designated the two people that I had told, my son said he never received a call back phone call to pick me up but overall five because I think everything else was in good Procedure"

"Dr. Kim was amazing. He had reviewed my records and read my journal that I brought to the appointment. He stated that this would be an educational appointment. My daughter -in - law was with me. Dr. Kim proceeded to explain the plan that would assist with my condition. He was thorough, professional, kind and caring. He brought information up on his computer to illustrate some aspects of the plan. He explained everything, answered our questions and gave us instructions for labs and my Cardiac release. "At the age of 49, soon to be 50 female, mother of 4 daughters- This was my first colonscopy ever and was ordered as a routine and important procedure by my OB GYN. The Gasteroenterology Consultants of SA team made sure they checked insurance and that I was prepped and ready to go. I met with Dr. Kim before the procedure and he was kind and explained what would be happening and asked if I had any questions. “I just asked him to b me gentle” lol Then I woke up from the best nap ever, and didn’t even feel any after effects from the procedure itself. It was as if, I never even had it. Dr. Kim was that gentle and thorough. He met me and my husband after and explained that everything went well and all looked good. He did excise one very small hidden polyp that looked harmless; but out of an abundance of caution, he wanted it checked. From start to finish - I arrived at 6:30 in the morning, was in the procedural room at 7:15, was fast asleep within 25 seconds - thanks to a great anesthesiologist, and woke up at 7:45, home by 8:20 a.m. after picking up breakfast :D About 10 days later, I got the official lab report and it was benign. Better safe than sorry. I am glad Dr. Kim took the time and made sure. As a result, I don’t have to have another colonoscopy for another 10 years. Don’t wait to do what’s important. Do it now. Dr. Kim was fantastic and he is a great asset to the Gastroenterology Consultants of SA Team!"

Everyone was friendly and thoroughly explained what would happen at each step of the process from registration to discharge. Dr. Kim not only discussed with me in the procedure room, he also met with me post procedure to discuss his findings and next step. Would recommend Dr.Kim and this practice to anyone! Will be back when it’s time for my next procedure!"
"I had my first appointment with Dr. Kim less than a week ago. I made sure to fill out my paperwork online ahead of time to try to expedite my check-in process. There is still some extra paperwork to fill out once you arrive to the office. Only paid my co-pay. There were no financial surprises and/or fees. The staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Kim listened to my concerns and together we decided the best treatment plan for me. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Kim!"

The staff working with him that dat was also kind as well. It did take a while to get the procedure done, but I much prefer a doctor who is thorough & takes his time versus one that rushes. "Highly recommend! I interview doctors before I hire them. I need to know thy can work collaboratively with a patient; too many can’t handle being questioned. Dr. Kim passed with flying colors, and was respectful and willing to work with my naturopathic first approach. It’s served me well for 16 years (no real issues with my Crohn’s), but I know I still need a colonoscopy. Booked it with him and entire procedure went great. I was very comfortable with him & the anesthesiologist. The outpatient facility was well-run & well-staffed; received overview of findings immediately w/ detailed pics and explanations."
