"Greetings and thanks for asking. I have been a patient of Dr. Brenner’s for over 25 years. I did not have a good experience with my last visit to him which was last week. Nothing to do with him! I will continue to be his patient. , I did not like or appreciate the way his clerical person name Samantha in the office address me when she was not part of my conversation with Miss Goldie. I shared the details of my experience with Dr Brenner and with his personal assistant, Miss Gayle I was not aware that I would need to document the medication’s. I was taking and I did not have it with me. I sent it as soon as I got home as I promised, and I hope that somebody addressed her relative to this and to how she speaks to people and looks at people, because I hope I don’t have to deal with her ever again. I realize everybody has a bad day and maybe she was having such however, you can’t do that in business. She was absolutely, absolutely , absolutely out of line.
