"I was scheduled to have my colonascopy done on August 28th. I did the prep on August 27th. I arrived at 6:00 am for the procedure and the hospital didn't have me in the system for the test. I called the doctors office several times and left messages. As of today September 6th nobody has responded to my messages. Very sad business 😢"
"This was my first time getting a colonoscopy and I'm so thankful it was Dr Ali. He is kind and understanding along with his staff. The only thing I didn't like was the prep, but made it thru. Thank you"
"My experience was such: The day of my procedure, I was driving around (6:15am for a 7:00 showtime). trying to locate the facility. I drove to the SA Gastrologist (Babcock) and was told I had no such appt. I then drove to the HWY151 office (located on the mailer) and was alarmed to know that that office no loner exist. My daughter noticed that the new office was on another floor. We proceeded to that office to be told, they do not provide that service but she receptionist (kind and understanding)gave me the correct address (which was a few block over from SA Gastrologist) By that time, someone from the clinic called to remind me of my appt. I explained my situation, and was kindly met with "we understand and we will wait on you." That brought relief, knowing I didn't want to reschedule. I arrived at the correct location and again met with kindness (after being more than 1 hour late). I cannot thank the staff from the front desk to the intake nurse, anesthesiologist, and of course Dr. Muhammad for making this uncomfortable experience a pleasant one."

"The entire medical staff was courteous and friendly unfortunately I cannot say the same for one receptionist. The receptionist is the first person I spoke with and was very rude. I was disappointed because the interaction with this specific personnel set a negative tone. However, once I was taken to the back to prep for my procedure, my mind was immediately changed. There is a significant difference in attitude and atmosphere between the front staff and medical staff once I was taken to the back."

"Everything went well. The staff was efficient and kind. There are 2 reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 stars. The first is that it took my nurse 3 tries to get the IV functioning. The second is that although my procedure was scheduled for 11 AM, I had to be there at 10 AM, after which I spent an hour just sitting in the waiting area. I was called back, and it was another 45 minutes before I was wheeled into the operating room. I understand the wait once I was called back, but I fail to see why I needed to be there a full hour ahead of the scheduled time. It seems to me that 15 minutes would be sufficient. I did like that the office did a follow-up call the next day, and I received the results of the tests and biopsy in only 1 week."

It was done in a quick and orderly fashion everyone has a specific role (from the front desk right on through to last but not least the Dr) and knew it well. Assuming the billing is 100% handled by office personnel and the VA (no out of pocket expense for me), I highly recommend Dr. Ali and his coordinated team. Special thanks to the anesthesiologist (I am so sorry for forgetting her name). She used a perfect amount of anesthesia enabling a painless procedure and rapid recovery."

I had put off this exam because I am a big chicken. Other then the prep concoction you have to drink the night prior which unfortunately is pretty bad everything after that was great. "As you know this is probably one of the most uncomfortable examinations you think you can have however the entire team was very supportive never pushy. It started from the receptionist to the nurses the doctors to the Anesthesiologist were very informative with the procedure prior to the examination. They followed up I would highly recommend this doctor he is a professional and so is his staff and it’s something that needs to be done for our health. I usually don’t do things like this but it’s a must for life."

"I had come in for a routine colonoscopy. I arrived at the office, the people at the desk were courteous and efficient. Then I was taken to another room to answer some questions. This nurse was very kind, i didn't just feel like a number being herded through a process. Although there were many people going through the same process, for routine an non-routine procedures in this facility, each person that spoke with me was kind, thorough, and efficient. I have a severe hearing loss, so my husband was allowed to accompany most of the way through the process until the procedure itself. However, the anesthesiologist that came in to explain the procedure was super friendly, caring and also took the effort to speak so that I could hear him. The doctor and all those in the actual room where the procedure was done were just as nice and friendly. They really made you feel comfortable and like they cared.
