"This man literally changed and in my opinion saved my life. I was to the point that my achalasia was so bad could hardly breathe and passed out drinking water because I just couldn’t swallow liquids at times. He saw the severity and said he was going to talk to the surgeon personally to get me in on an emergency basis. (Just an fyi, he had never seen me before. So it was not something that he could have treated earlier.) He did everything he said and more. I couldn’t believe it, no one had cared that much before. I mean he genuinely cared. If it was not for him who knows what could have happened. He even came to see how I was doing in the hospital the day after surgery. There aren’t even words to express how highly I think and recommend this man and his staff. The staff even made sure to check up on me through the whole process and make sure I was getting in touch with all the people I needed too. They went out of their way and beyond what they (to be honest) are paid to do to help me. I have never seen one much less a group of such genuinely caring people. I literally can’t say thank you enough. A lot of people say they go into the medical field to change lives. That they are happy if they change even one life. I can personally say that this is their one life. Not only did they change it, they possibly saved it. They changed at the very least their one life. (And believe me I don’t think for a second I am the only person that they have helped. Not by a long shot.)"

"I never think of a doctor's appointment as FUN, and I think others would agree with me. However, DR. JAMES JACKSON'S visits are just that. We reminisce while he peruses my condition seruptitiously and purposely. He takes copious notes while complimenting me on how well and young I appear. (I'm older than his parents). Upon leaving we hug goodbye and he invites me back to see him next year. Dr. Jackson saved my life 12 years ago. A great Doctor; one to be trusted, like a good friend. "I takes a while to get an appointment here, but the up-side is that it appears they don't overbook: I was taken into the exam room right at my appointment time. Once you get Dr. Jackson's attention, you HAVE it. Sitting right next to me, he took the time to explain my issues from a completely different perspective. He literally illustrates his explanations with hand-drawn images and diagrams on a little pad of paper, which he hands to you as a take-with. So he's basically taking notes for you in case you were unclear. He ramped me down from meds prescribed by my former physician. He is all about minimal meds to relieve patients' symptoms, while promoting lifestyle changes to do the rest. Not bad at all."

"By far the best in town. They are so efficient. If you need a colonoscopy this is the only place to go. Pre appointment you fill out everything online. When you arrive, they have all paperwork printed and You don’t have to do any more paperwork just verify and sign. Then, they are right on time. You go from waiting area lea than 5 minutes from arrival to holding area. There less than 10 minutes to bed where you get tagged and screened by incredibly good admissions staff. Then awesome nurse gets iv prepped and all questions answered. Also anesthesiologist comes in. It’s one after the next like clockwork with staff and very thorough and organized. They wheel you to procedure room where doc goes over procedure and any other questions or details. Post op they have all the little details for care and concern covered. Doc gives thorough explanation with report and pictures you get to keep, ready for you to have. Follow up instructions are clear and doctor follow up was on point. He followed up with exactly what he said he would do after sending biopsy to lab. He got back in record time with results. Go here no where else. They are truly the best"

You must understand that even though I had only a routine colonoscopy, I communicated with many people. My only regret is that I did not write their names down. I needed a PDF , which was not enclosed in the letter sent to me, and a man I spoke with emailed it to me immediately. There are too many people to thank related to phone calls, but they deserve recognition. Second, once I arrived for the procedure the person at the front desk has a warm and leveled greeting. Some of us do not really wish to be there but she has a good temperament. The first LVN upstairs was polite, supportive, patient and efficient. Next bright/competent nurse, which answered my concerning questions with guidance and suggestions and finally told me to share my thoughts with Dr. Jackson. There is a man that pops in to help as an assistant, which was courteous before I am “out”. Oh, I forgot the wonderful CRNA. Of course, Dr. Jackson. Having met Dr. Jackson during my wife’s procedure I was impressed and pleased with his patience and demeanor. You see, manners go a long way.
