"My fallow up visit for secondary lab test, as scheduled, went very quickly. The result was explained in a calm manner for news that was not good news. As we age, our body starts to degrade and function at levels less than one-hundred percent. This news was not welcome, but that is my response to my own mortality. Dr Vance's staff gave me the positive look that such lab tests are part of the process. They are not the the final answer."

I wish the doctor would have talked to me after I had been more alert (anesthesia).He came in my room awakened me and I don’t remember anything I was under the impression of results in a week. He told us 2 weeks and my son didn’t relay this to me until I was sick from worrying on the 12 or 13th day. Results were inconclusive. Still waiting in line for more tests. 7 days so far"
"I could not ask a better doctor than Dr. Vance to get the help I needed. Dr. Vance was knowledgeable, understanding and professional. "Dr Vance did a good job and explained what he had done after surgery. The only problems were that one of the nurses started the wrong drip but another nurse checked behind her and corrected that and the other was the Nurse Anesthetist he was terrible . He didn’t say ANYTHING. I got no hello how are you today nothing....he started the BP cuff which I thought was going to cut my arm into so I screamed a little and he just looked at me. I think Dr Vance should look into getting a better Nurse Anesthetist on his team forsure!!"

"On the day of my appt., and while in route to the clinic, I had car trouble. I called the office to inform them. While yet 2 hrs out, I was told to come on in. I thought I would have a long wait, (I really didn't care), but shockingly, I was seen immediately. The staff was so considerate and loving until I was almost in tears. Well actually, while Dr. Vance was making his assessment, I did shed a few. He saw that I was struggling and had been experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort. He assured me we would get to the bottom of things and he would do everything within his power to get me back to some normalcy. Before this visit, I'd had a colonostomy there. It was that experience that convinced me I was in great hands. This on, put the icing on the cake. I Highly Recommend Dr. Vance!"

What I appreciate more than anything is the fact that he was not going to stop until he figured out how to get to the bottom of the reason for the pain I was suffering.
