"Great visit. Everybody was very professional, friendly, and competent. Dr.Desai and his colleagues listen to what you’re actually saying and ask appropriate follow-up questions to help better understand your problem. They also helped me understand some things that I needed clarification over the course of my appointment. Other gastroenterologists I’ve been to seem a bit more dismissive or nonchalant on their diagnoses, which is probably why I’ve had continuing problems throughout the years. I’m not yet cured of my ailments, but I’m confident that this will be the last place I’ll need to go to. Would highly recommend."

He really listens to his patients, takes his time during appointments to ensure patient education and questions have been thoroughly addressed, and personally walks his patients to the checkout location. (Just a nice touch) Once the clinic was running behind and I thought he’s rush through my appointment to get back on schedule - nope! Talked with me for 20 minutes about all my questions and concerns. He also does this is a non-condescending way. No one wants to have to see a gastroenterologist, but if you need one, I’d hands down recommend Dr. Desai!"
