"Dr. Guerra has been such a joy to work with in regards to my father's health. He puts my father at ease (which is hard to do), takes the time to listen and explain things. It's a shame when the office staff at the Euclid l9cation reflects poorly on him (and I'm sure the other dr's at this particular location as well). Since June 20,2023, I have called 8 times (today's the 8th of August) first, trying to get results, then leaving Dr. Guerra messages for his advisement, and now that all else has failed, trying to schedule an appointment to see just about anyone at this point. Regardless of the reason or situation, no one EVER calls back. The messages I leave does include my father's info and phone # so that cannot be used as an excuse. I understand there are other patients and do not expect any type of priority but come on, almost 2 months of calling and no response?!? Will strongly have to consider being referred to another GI Dr outside this group, which is a shame cause we really love Dr. Guerra."

I myself, was never attended to by the doctor, and I should have. I have never been much for Doctors. Big phobia that has cost me dearly. I did however hear from 5 co-workers, and even came close to seeing him. They praised him again and again. I had the pleasure of being his server, and each and every time I saw him was a delight."

"Although regular office visit is with the PA (who, by the way, is great) first, then the Dr., I have no issue with this office. They are great. It took me a month to get in, but I would rather wait then go see someone I don't know or don't trust , but after I got in, I was scheduled right away for an endoscopy, and within a week, I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this office. If you are in pain or need to see someone fast, maybe go somewhere else, but if you are like me, and just know something is "off" and you've been putting it off to go see a Dr., what's another 3-4 weeks.. thanks Dr. G!!!"
