"This place is good but it was difficult to make an appointment, I called them more than 5 times and after 2-3 weeks they called me and finally I made the appointment the service was very good, especially the nurse, I had to give for her 10 stars if I could , after a week I waited to receive the results, yesterday they call me but I missed their call and they did not leave me a voicemail, I called them twice,happy they just call me and everything was good !!"

"Dr. Kara performed my first colonoscopy and I felt that the doctor and entire staff kept me well informed from the moment the appt was made to the results of my test. The preparation box for the day before came immediately with detailed instructions. I received text messages giving explanation of any information needed as well as checking in with me prior to my visit. I had a hard time getting the second dose of my solution down in the very early hours of the morning and called the office. Where I immediately received a call from the doctor with specific instructions to help me thru the second dose. Upon my arrival I was made comfortable throughout the entire process. My nurse was attentive and brought warm blankets. I was checked in multiple times and the doctor and anesthesiologist both were professional and detailed in what to expect next. Once I awoke, I was still comfortable and the doctor came in with details for me. I left and felt fine and felt like I had the best nap. I am glad that I was under the care of Dr. Kara and the staff and would highly recommend their office."

Especially their long-time office manager, who came out to greet me, and give me a warm welcome.About 5-7 years ago our Mother, now 91 and was i believe 84 then ; and who visited there after her bout with pancreatitis and by the Grace of God pulled through many days in ICU because her pancreatitis had become necrotic. Amazing that she remembered my sweet Mother. We celebrated her 91st birthday the weekend of August 17th, in part by attending the Rangers game against the Twins that evening. And her name was in lights congratulating her with her full name, Naomi Eba Fout. Very long and wordy, but still true nonetheless! Thank you TDDC for all you do! B Blessed!"

"Waited exactly 30mins past my apt time for an Esophageal Manometry test. Wasn't thrilled with that. However, the tech apologized and was more than pleasant, professional and patient. Because if you've had one of these tests, they aren't exactly fun in the beginning, but she was great. Would have given 5 stars if closer to being on time or someone updated me."
