I had zero issues with insurance or billing (always expected when you tell them is Tricare). The procedure itself went so unbelievably smooth- I had exceptional care from check-in, to pre-op, to post-op and even a surprise call the next day just to see if I was feeling well and make sure I was pleased with my care (that nothing needed to be addressed). Where do you find this level of care these days? Well, right here! I don't know where where you found so many kind and competent employees?!?! And before you say it... no, I wasn't paid for this review and yes... it's genuine! 😀"

"Facility seemed clean, everyone was professional, very short wait to admitting for my procedure. Admitting process was efficient although if you think you might have any questions make sure you know them ahead of time, maybe write them down. No complications from anesthesia or procedure, and it went quickly. At time of writing I have not yet seen insurance paperwork/billing so can't comment on that aspect. They do tell you to expect up to 3 billings."

"This was third colonoscopy but first with Dr. Patel. I will admit the prep is not pleasant but the prep order by Dr Patel was not as bad as the previous prep from other doctor. I was able to add Crystal Lite flavor to it and drank 8 Oz without stopping. Day of procedure: Check in was quick My wait time to be taken back for vidals was short. The nurses were great. Personal consultation with Anesthesiologist as to what I should expect was great. Meeting Dr Patel and staff was comforting as they explained procedure was great. And then I felt nothing and wake up feeling ok. Dr Patel spoke to me about procedure and advise to return in 5 years. Went home with pictures and written report. Overall, I am happy for referral to Dr Patel and have no problem returning in 5 years."

This was my third colonoscopy in about 10 years and I did experience longer lasting discomfort this time. The post-meal bloating and cramping finally subsided after six days. I had no adverse reactions to the anesthesia and no post-procedure bleeding."
