"My overall experience was good. The staff was attentive and answered all of my questions. From the time I arrived to the waiting area I sat for about 30 minutes filled out a little more paperwork. My appointment was scheduled for 2:10 pm. Then a nurse came and got me at 2:45pm. We then went to get my weight and get prepared for the procedure checked heart, pulse, ext. After I had changed and laid on the bed as instructed the only problem I encountered was a very long wait time. I came into the prep room at approximately 2:55pm took about 10 minutes go through questions etc. at 3:10pm. From 3:10 pm-3:55 I just waited in the pre op room. I would have appreciated if someone would have filled me in on what was going on. I figured something must have gone haywire but nothing was said. By this time I had been without food for roughly 2.5 days. I hadn’t had anything to drink for almost 4 hours. I am hopeful that the doctors nor the corporate big wigs are not trying to see too many patients in one day to where the schedule is too tight based on the Staff personnel ratio. All in all I was happy over all, maybe just some fine tuning might be used."
