Starting with the person who answers, when trying to make the appointment; telling the consequences for not showing up, changing the appointment, etc. Making us to hang up, without getting to talk to someone, and they don't always return the call! I never got the right information... Won't recommend this place to my friends."

"This colonoscopy was as good as a colonoscopy could be. I had wonderful detailed prep instructions. My medication for the prep came a week before I needed it. There was no problem with taking the medication. The office ran efficiently. I was grateful to be knocked out for the procedure. I suffered no ill effects afterwards. "I absolutely love Dr. Kumaravel. She literally saved my life. In 2016 she diagnosed me with liver cirrhosis. Over the next 4 years she took care of my condition in very loving and compassionate way. She kept me alive long enough until I could receive a liver transplant in 2021. She kept on top of my condition through the whole process and when the time came she referred me to Dr. Vahora at the Liver & Kidney Institute. Dr. Vahora was another great doctor at Dallas Methodist Hospital. Dr. Kumaravel has now become my wife's GI doctor as well. Anytime someone asked me about my liver transplant, I always refer them to Dr. Kumaravel for any digestive issues. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Our visit was a FaceTime call, but honestly, I was able to ask lots of questions and she was very clear in her answers to me. "Dr. Veena listened to all my symptoms, concerns, eating habits thoroughly and also made notes of those details, she actually remembered some of the things that I had briefed in a previous visit while in a follow up visit. She prescribed lab tests, carefully examined them and recommended necessary treatment and adjustment of eating habits, ofcourse this treatment plan was specific to my condition and severity and may vary for others. I had actually called other Doctors offices near my home prior to this office, but was instantly disappointed after talking to them because they REQUIRED endo/colon scopy prior to Doctor's visit.Shows the amount of sincerity Doctor's have for treating patients. Anyways, Dr. Kumaravel mentioned the underlying cause of my issue, and if the symptoms did not come down during the treatment period, procedure will be conducted. I am more open to her intelligent deductions and procedures rather than going to tests blindly. Recommend her highly. Oh, I almost forgot, the way she meets and greets with warmth and genuine compassion is unmatched. Interaction and bed side manners are awesome.
