"Loved this doctor. It was my first time seeing her, and she spent her time with me answering my questions, but best of all, she informed me of some guideline changes back in 2020 and told me I didn't need a colonoscopy after all. She seems very gentle and kind, and she's easy to talk to. I will be seeing her again in three years. Hopefully, she can inform me of some more guidelines changes. :)"
"I had a good experience. The ladies and gentlemen at the front are very pleasant. They are people who you can ask questions and get answers. Dr Terah is a very good listener. She understands me very well and after discussing everything, we came to the same decision. Very sweet, down to earth doctor. I would recommend her to my family and friends."
"Dr. Issacson and her staff were very welcoming and proficient. I truly appreciated how thorough Dr. Issacson was in explaining the different options I had to correct the ailment. She listened to my concerns and gave practical advice. I would be happy to return to this doctor should I have any other issues of her specialty."
"Dr Isaacson performed my colonoscopy as well as my wife's. Everything about the process went very well. The exam before, the actual day of the procedure and then the followup were perfect! It was so easy working with her and the staff that I booked another appointment. I needed to take care of another surgery I had long been putting off. My wife and I were very impressed with how well Dr Isaacson listened to us! After she had entered in all our information she focused completely on us and kept up a dialog to help us bring out all the facts. We did not feel rushed! I feel she is very competent and pleasant to work and we will be coming back!"
"Dr. Terah Isaacson is a wonderful doctor! She was our surgeon for both my mom and myself. She is very patient, listens to our concerns and is very thorough. Dr. Howell is also amazing. My father is his patient. Highly recommend either one of them!"
"I was honestly impressed and very grateful for Dr. Isaacson. I'm 7 months postpartum and breastfeeding and have been having what we think are gallbladder issues and really not wanting to have surgery. I've seen two PCP providers, a GI doc, and have gone to the ER due to severe pain. Everyone has told me I needed my gallbladder removed. I have asked if I can try medication to dissolve my gallstones and everyone including the GI doc passed me onto another doc to discuss that option. The GI doc told me to ask a surgeon which I honestly thought well there's no way a surgeon will give me that option they are more likely than any other doc to want to cut because that's what they do. Dr. Isaacson listened to me patiently. Explained all my options. Thoroughly reviewed my labs and US and stated I do not have obvious gallbladder disease (no wall thickening or fluid around the gallbladder). The only thing noted on US was gallstones and one lab was elevated that would suggest gallbladder issues but if my attacks are under control and I want to try medication to dissolve the stones she was on board and gave me an RX for that. She explained it is not a quick process and requires taking medication multiple times a day for a year. Unlike other docs that require subsequent visits for Rx refills she said I could just call when I need refills and if I successfully make it to a year we will repeat an US to check for stones. She was patient, kind, and gave me her undivided attention. If the medication doesn't work out I will feel very comfortable moving forward with surgery with her. Truly great bedside manner. p.s. the receptionist could be a little friendlier especially on the phone but could have been just an off day for her. The music she was playing was a little loud which made it hard to hear what the receptionist was telling me."
