"The office protocol asks for patient to be 30 minutes early but visit was 30 minutes behind schedule. With cell phone communication these delays and scheduling could be better managed for both the patient and the office. On a positive side the staff and office personnel were all pleasant. Dr. Rampy and her assistants were professional and took the time to answer all concerns.. Despite the delay a very positive experience with a very capable doctor and associates"

Dr. Rampy was kind as well as all of the nurses when I started having a panic attack before my procedure and they talked to me to help calm me down and distract me.
