"After receiving letter that I needed a procedure, I called to make appointment. Was told I needed to have a doctors appointment before procedure even though it was third time around. N xt available appointment was approximately 2 months away. During that time my computer was infected and had to be replaced losing schedule. I called at what I thought was about time even though I received NOTHING reminder. Missed appointment, next availability was about 2 months. My next availability with this doctor is in the year 2845!!"

Come to find out I had several gallstones and needed a gallbladder removal. Dr. Herdman has patience and is a concerned physician of your health. He understands questions and concerns.
