"I was referred Dr Nackley over 3 years ago when hospitalized with a kidney infection which was affecting different Organs besides just the kidneys; however, I had a close call and the doctors informed my wife if I been one day longer getting treatment the results would have been different and final, he was one of the group that spent countless hours finding out the real cause was and it saved my life, his part was finding where all my blood was coming from and whee it was going and as he suspected the culprits were the stomach and colon. That has all been corrected and after my oncology doctor corrected my blood count I am now living a normal life because of his dedication. I enjoy joking and talking in a relaxed atmosphere when I have an office visit with him and all aspects for the treatments are covered and you know what is expected to correct the problem. I recommend him extremely high if you are needing a GI specialist, he knows and understands the human body."

"I have nothing but great things to say about my visit here. I had my scheduled colonoscopy here by Dr. Lyles on 6/24. I arrived an hour early as requested for my procedure. Check in at 10:30am, procedure scheduled for 11:30am. Check in process: very easy, waited about 7 mins before being called back. The nurse that prepped me was Rebecca snd she was very light hearted, made me smile and made me laugh. Couldn’t have been better. Anesthesia: performed by Dr. Patrick. Probably best experience I’ve ever had with anesthesia. He too had a great attitude, easy to talk to and I knew exactly what and when I was going under. Procedure took about 30 minutes. I woke up in recovery at noon with my girl at my side. I had absolutely zero lasting effects. I was T groggy, didn’t hurt or anything. Felt like I just took a nap for a while. Discharge: I was discharged at 1pm and went on with the rest of my day as normal. Overall I can’t give it anything less than 5 Stars! I highly recommend Dr. Lyles snd this facility and staff. See you again in 5-10 years! Honestly, I couldn’t have had a more 180 degrees experience from those that had a negative experience. I experienced nothing like that. I’m sorry you guys that had a bad experience in the past, but maybe give them another chance?"

"I recently saw Dr Nackley. It had been a couple of years since I had last been there. He entered the room, with a smile, and a genuine greeting. Then he stated that he had reviewed my chart( had notes) and was now refreshed with my history. He continued to visit with me , did not put his head down, looking at a computer! We decided on a course of treatment, and he had his nurse , Sandy, come in. She is also friendly , and efficient. She ordered labs and a test, confirmed numbers, ways to reach me, check out was smooth and friendly, and follow up was a couple days after labs and tests. I have given the name and number to the office to a few friends since. One one of statements I’ve made is, they are friendly, sincere, professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend them,"

"My husband had issues with his previous GI Dr.that he had seen in the past. We had only gone to him as it was an emergency situation and then come to find out later we could not transfer to see someone else due to "Office Policy". So needless to say my husband was a little leery to see another GI DR. but Dr. Nackley is wonderful! He came highly recommended by another physician we see and my husband was absolutely thrilled when we left. Dr.Nackley's personality is just the best. He is very down to earth, friendly, personable and a wonderful physician. He explained things so clearly and honestly that both me and my husband were just in awe at how wonderful of a physician he is. We had a lot of questions and concerns and Dr. Nackley took the time to answer them all and we did not feel as if we were ever rushed. The staff is also excellent. I was able to make an appointment within the same week. The online portal was easy to fill out and made the check-in process much faster. Not to mention we did not have a long wait time.
