"Dr. Hsu was my GI doctor when I grew up/lived in Austin. For close to 15 years he and his PA Yulia were always attentive and focused on my well being. His knowledge and ability to explain things to his patients is terrific, and he and Yulia's personable care to patients is the standard. The front office's communication with the patient and clinical staff was equally excellent, understanding they're the crucial bridge of dialogue with all parties involved (patient, clinical staff and billing). I haven't been to his practice since moving to Houston 5 years ago, but I would expect it to still be equally as exceptional as it was when I was a patient there. From the experiences I've had so far in the fourth largest city in the United States- which I've been told has one of if not the best medical facilities in the country (yet to be seen personally)- it's amazing how he and his staff run circles around all GI offices I've seen since I've left his care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

Make notes of any symptoms you notice, no matter how insignificant they may seem. Make a time line of said symptoms. All doctors are on a time crunch—-help them cure you as quickly as possible. Most of the time the PA will be communicating with you first. Have this information ready so the doctor has a head start on your possible diagnosis. Yes, I’m a patient.:)"
