You can tell that she truly listens and she takes the time to explain things clearly to you without making you feel dumb. She spends a lot of time in the room with you one on one; she doesn’t just pop in for a few minutes or try to rush the appointment at all. The front desk staff and nurses are also great, they’re helpful, knowledgeable, and I always have some enjoyable small talk with them."
