"Everything was great except for one incident. My daughter took me there, and was in the waiting room ten feet from where I was being prepped. I was asked 3 times for her phone number. Very annoying. I don’t have it memorized. This young, dark haired, short woman said she’ll call my phone. I then told her 3 more times that it’s turned off so she needed to go out to the waiting room n ask my daughter for her number. I then told another person to do that cuz the first girl wasn’t listening to me. They went out to get her number, but never called her. Instead a girl called my number which was turned off.( I didn’t know this until hours after I got home). They finally went to the waiting room to get my daughter to listen to the after procedure instructions.Never called her. What part of I don’t have her phone number memorized did she not understand?????"
