I was taken to the room and the Dr. came in shortly, very pleasant and friendly and polite, not bad looking either, we talked about my condition and he was really good and he had his staff set up and appointment. I am located in Austin and approached him(in Houston)for a second opinion via telemedicine and was skeptical how it could work out logistically. "After 46 years I finally know what it’s like to have a good experience at a doctors office. Most doctors will come into the room, sit down, immediately get on the computer and start typing. Dr. Howell didn’t even have a computer in the room. He came in, sat down, and talked to me. Human to human. I felt like he understood me and my situation and he explained everything in great detail so that I left with a complete understanding of what was happening to my body and what we need to do to fix it. He didn’t rush me. I’d give more stars if I could."
