"Except for the arrogant young anesthetist who argued and tried to give me a lesson on how anesthesia works (I'm a former director of surgery) when I told him I require conscious sedation due to a medical issue... Everyone else I've encountered here, including Dr. Jain, has been exceptionally helpful, polite and pleasant, making a most undesirable procedure as easy as possible. I especially appreciated the distraction of being able to see the entire thing on the doctor's monitor."
