"What a smooth operation. When I had my appointment to be examined , they checked me in early , I saw the doctor and was out the door before my actual appointment time. When I had a 10 am medical procedure appointment , they called to tell me the doctor was running early and could I come in early. I came in early , was prepped , had medical procedure , made appointment for next procedure and was out the door before my 10 am appointment. Getting in and out on time at doctor's offices is so rare and to be in and out before appointment time is so refreshing. Everyone from the front desk , to check-in nurses to recovery nurses, to doctor , to appointment ladies was so professional, cheerful and dedicated to making my day stress free and enjoyable. It was such a surprise to be dealing with an office like this and would heartily recommend them to anyone."

"I had a good experience with Dr. David Jones and all of the staff at his facility. Everyone was very professional and courteous, answering all of my questions. I will be going back again in 5 years for my next colonoscopy. As in the past, the prep is the hardest and worst part of the procedure, but it works! I saw Dr. Jones previously for another issue that could not be diagnosed by my primary physician and was referred to Dr. Jones. He was able to diagnose and treat me, clearing up my problem."

"Walking into the office and check in process was simple. Once in the back the nurses were amazing and very friendly. They also made the setup and IV setup very easy and with no pain. Once I got into the bed for procedure the wait was not long and once wheeled into the area the anesthesiologist and primary nurse were so nice. Once doctor walked in he made me feel very comfortable. That was the last thing I remember before being put out. Once I woke up the recovery nurses were also so nice and very accommodating. They allowed me to get ready on my time and then the doctor told me my results. For being my first experience being put to sleep it was easy, the staff amazing, and the doctor so easy to talk too. Highly recommend this doctor."

I have a genetic liver disease and IBS and all around stomach issues that he monitors and I have been stable so long its weird only seeing him once a year now! He is always timely and I love that I can receive all my services in ONE LOCATION. I dislike people ordering tests then having to drive all over SA to each testing place and scheduling etc. I love that he handles most of it himself. I have tests done and I don't have to wait for an appt to get results he just calls me and lets me know what they are or messages on portal. He's super personal and way understanding about all aspects of life. I just started bringing my newly adult son to him as well. That tells you how awesome he is if a crazy parent chooses him to be their child's new doctor."

He and the warm staff answered all my questions, provides information to questions I hadn’t asked (and probably should have). I was consistently treated as if one of their personal family. The facility is bright and clean, and the staff really seems to work together harmoniously as a team. My doctor (Dr. Jones) spoke with me before and after the procedure. Thankfully, I have a clean bill of health and was cleared for 10 years. :) My only gripes would be that the pre/post-op room was FREEZING COLD and that the first nurse who gave me an IV botched it. "Colonoscopy Day! I was not thrilled. I did not want to do it but knew the importance. So I went in early on a Saturday, yup, SATURDAY morning. (Star #1 - Convenience). I was greeted by a very sweet, professional and understanding receptionist. I was taken back in roughly 15 minutes. (Star #2 - Schedule was on time). My vitals were taken by yet another kind professional with a cute personality who showered me with compliments. (Star #3 - EVERYONE from the first to the last person was pleasant and had great personalities) I was taken back to the room where the procedure would take place. It was dimly lit, yay, with cool music softly playing yay and yay! (Star # 4 - comfort and ease) Each professional introduced themselves and explained their job in this oh, so exciting ordeal. They made sure to ask if I had any questions and when I did they answered them clearly and in laymen's terms. I was wanting to run away just 20 minutes ago but they made me laugh, relax and buck up. I was asked a couple of times by different people if this was my first colonoscopy and when I said yes, they would cheer "Happy Colonoscopy Day"! I love a sense of humor and it broke the tension for me. Again, nothing but great personalities. Dr. Jones was very professional and had a wonderful bedside manner. He too had a fun and lightheartedness about him. (Star #5 - a perfect doctor to fit in with the rest of the group.) The best part was getting GREAT news and not having to go back for TEN years! This day had been a big dread for me for years and this team had a way of making it feel as if I was going in for a manicure.
