"My daughter has been going to Dr. Jack An since she was about 5 months old. On first appointment, he diagnosed our baby with feeding aversion and GERD within 5 mins of us giving him our daughter’s history. None of the other pediatricians we went to could figure out that she has feeding aversion. Safe to say, Dr, An has been a lifesaver! We recently went to him again for a consult because our daughter (who is 2 now) is underweight. Dr. An is not only a highly experienced healthcare professional, he is great with little ones and has a bright personality. Definitely one of our favorite doctors!! It’s a pleasure meeting him every time! :)"
"Dr Jack An, is the best we could have asked for. I had issues finding a Gi to see my 17 year old due to the age. Not even children’s Gi would see her. We were able to see Dr Jack An, he gave us simple options first. Then endoscopy was scheduled in days. Bonus -he has great humor ,total dads jokes. He made the consultation easy for my daughter, she didn’t feel awkward talking about bowl movement (in other words) recommend him 1,000%"

"DHAT Pediatrics was recommended by the staff at DHAT that I reached out to. My daughter is under 18 so they directed me to their Pediatric practice. Her symptoms were worsening, so I chose the first available and ended up with Dr. Jack An. The booking process was easy! As a new patient, we to wait a few days to get in. Within 10 minutes of arriving we were taken back to a room and saw Dr. An a few minutes behind his Nurse, Monica. His humor immediately put her at ease and made us both smile! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready with next steps. He listened to my “google diagnosis” and was curious as to my input. A few days after the visit, my daughter experienced intense pain and when we called in that evening the on-call doctor responded within 10 mins. With the pain at a 9 we didn’t want to take any chances and went to the ER. My follow up with Dr. A bypassed waiting for another test, and he quickly got her scheduled for a next day Endoscopy. Monica worked quickly with our insurance to get the pre-authorization approved but also was transparent in letting me know if they didn’t get it we would have to delay the procedure to next week. They work well as a team and have an obvious passion and commitment to their patients and families. I would highly recommend Dr. An and am grateful my daughter’s in his hands! Thank you to everyone who helped move this process along, we are extremely grateful!"

I got an appointment quicker than expected, he also personally called with screening results. I could tell he really cares about his patients and wants to help. "I look for the small things that set Dr and staff apart. First, the office was decorated for the halloween in such a fun, whimsical way. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful as I had trouble with the portal. We were immediately seated in our room, which I appreciated. We had driven over an hour to get there in nasty weather. Dr. Jack's nurse and well as Dr. Jack were so kind and attentive. We left feeling like we had been heard and that he will work with us until we find answers for my kiddo. That means the world to me"

"Dr. Baker is, by far, one of the best practitioners we’ve met. We were in a panic with our daughter’s health and couldn’t find a pediatric GI specialist who could see her before the end of the summer. Dr. Baker got her in immediately and, through his superb due diligence and thorough follow up, diagnosed her within a matter of days and has put in place the right protocol that will allow her to live a healthy and normal life with her illness. One of the things my husband and I were so impressed with was that Dr. Baker and his team spoke “to” her and not “at” her. She is his patient and she felt more comfortable speaking with him than we had ever seen. He gave her confidence that she could do what was necessary to be an active participant in her treatment. She told me on the way home, “ I really like Dr. Baker. He explained everything to me so that I know I can do it.” I couldn’t help bursting into tears because she had been so sick for a while so to get answers and to see her positive attitude at the fact that Dr. Baker made her feel special and heard completely melted my heart. "My son needed to see a GI specialist and ended up needing a medical procedure. Dr. Jack An, is hands down the best pediatric specialist I have ever worked with. I couldn't be there for the initial consult, but Dr. An was open to discussing things with me over the phone. His personality and professionalism is out of this world. His ability to take a anxiety ridden situation and not only put both patient and family at ease, but take time to completely educate all parties in a way that is comprehensible to each was astounding. You did not feel rushed or invalidated. Dr. An comforted and let you know your concerns matter. During the procedure, I felt so supported by Dr. An and his team. In the surgical room, I've watched Dr. An sing and dance my little man to sleep under anesthesia. His ability to get you to laugh and release the anxiety and tension is beyond anything you would have ever thought imaginable in a doctor. My son made it through the procedure and Dr. An was there 100% with both of us. He took time to thoroughly educate me in the waiting room while going over the procedural notes and pics. It is so refreshing to see that there are professionals out there who still cherish their patients and see them as individuals. Dr. An is your ONLY choice in pediatric gastroenterology. "He.Is.Amazing. Dr. Jack An is a phenomenal doctor, he took the time let us know that we were doing a great job and letting us know that parenting isn’t easy especially with all the worries and emotions that come with having a baby. My daughter who is exclusively breastfed never had a normal poop and it took her like a week and half to go and it always scared me. We were recommended to come see Dr. Jack and everything was normal and he assured us that babies can sometimes get all the nutrition from breast milk and have no waste. He took the time to get to know my daughter and hold her and talk to her. I would recommend this man to anyone who’s baby has tummy issues."

"I love Dr Cooley and his practice. Talking "GI issues" can be embarrassing, but when your doctor has the "poop emoji" as a clip on his jacket, that makes it easier. Dr Cooley has done multiple colonoscopies for me and has helped me with recurring issues. He is caring and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend him."
"Dr. An truly saved my life. I came in as a very sick 14 year old who could barely function. I saw many doctors, most of whom didn't believe there was actually anything wrong with me, and had every test under the sun performed, just to find out that every single one was negative. Eventually I was sent to Dr. An and he finally gave me hope that we would figure out what was going on. From the moment he met me, he believed that something truly was wrong and was determined to figure out what it was. He ran more tests and even did a colonoscopy and endoscopy, all which were negative, but he would not give up. Finally he said the only solution was to do exploratory surgery, and he convinced a surgeon to operate. It turns out that there were many things wrong with me internally, and they were all just hidden from the tests due to their location. Because of Dr. An, I am now happy, pain-free, able to eat and drink, and able to live normally. While everyone else was saying I was making it all up for attention and would not take me seriously, he never doubted me for a second, and he made sure that we got to the bottom of what was going on. Thank you is not enough to express my gratitude for all he did for me. I truly don't know where I would be today without him. He is one of the nicest, most compassionate, most caring, most reassuring, most patient, most amazing doctors I have ever met. He really sits down with you and talks through everything, allowing you to ask questions and thoroughly answering every single one. He makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I only wish every doctor was like him. I would give him 100 stars if I could and highly recommend him. He is the best!"
"I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. He has the best bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. He listens to us!! He and his staff call us right back if we have any questions or have any issues. I personally have a teenage boy who sees Dr. An and he makes him feel comfortable and has him laughing at would be embarrassing topics. 5 STARS!"
"Having a weary 15 year old daughter, we were nervous with procedure, etc. Dr An was amazing from the get-go! Very professional but made us all very comfortable and even had us laughing!
