"I would like to share my experience about Dr. Singson. Any patient who goes in to have a colonoscopy goes in there blind. The fear if its going to hurt, being under sedation, and of course the results. I was informed of every step they were going to do an was made comfortable afterwards. The procedure took less than 20 minutes. My daughter was called by my nurse which was a big relief bc she had the same fears as me. She was told about how the procedure went , that i was already in recovery an would be called. Shortly to go to the back .The nurse exlained everything to my daughter an she was very pleased. I was told i needed to return in 5 years an i will moat definitely be going back to her."

"My two times over there have been very convenient except for the fact that I had to find a ride. It’s a liability thing that you have to find a ride. So anyway, when you’re finished with your colonoscopy, you’re not really that out of it. Anyway, singsong Has a really nice bedside manner and she tells you that what you have is very common. In my case, it was something apparently easy to treat because it only requires a zoom call after 30 days."

It's not a procedure that I am very relaxed having done, however, these medical professionals made me feel relaxed, confident in their care, and showed I was not just another number coming in for a procedure. The medical staff, was constantly checking in on me while I was being prepped and after the procedure was finished. Above all, I was shocked to get a call from Dr. Singson a day after my procedure just to check in on me, and that topped it off!! All the extra effort the doctor and her medical and office staff gave me is why, if I ever have to go to this specialty again or have a friend ask for a reference, I will contact Dr. Singson!!! However, once I got to their clinic, I was very pleased. No one is allowed in the waiting rooms other than the patients, all staff was wearing masks and the face shields, even the nursing staff in the surgical area. Once in the surgical area the anesthesiologist was not only wearing excellent face covering but in addition, a complete plastic coat covering him. "I traveled to San Antonio for business when I started having abdominal pain. I contacted Dr.Singson’s office and explained my situation and they were able to get me in the next day! At my appointment I was checked in quickly and barely waited fifteen minutes before I was brought back to the room. It was clear to me the facility took infection control seriously as the place was spotless and everyone was wearing masks and following social distancing guidelines. I met Dr.Singson who did a thorough assessment of my medical history and did a thorough physical examination. I was so relieved. At checkout I was set up with my testing appointments that were carried out the next day!
