Everyone seemed to be smiling, would say good morning as I encountered them, I was quickly processed for my appointment and the wait time to see the doctor was short. Dr. Branstetter is fantastic! She too is very friendly and discusses everything in an easy to understand manner that put me at ease. Near the end of the appointment, she asked if we covered all that I had hoped to discuss; and even though this is a busy practice, I never felt rushed.
