"Dr Vincent is very attentive and through. My suffering is ongoing but his medical care makes it understandable and tolerable. The lady that takes blood is fantastic!"
"Staff and Dr.Vincent kept me informed of everything g before and after procedure. They were also able to add a procedure that I needed as well so I only had to prep and come in once. This was much appreciated."
"Great experience and insight! Just felt it was hard to get in. Took 3 months to get in for a follow up to a procedure which wasn’t the greatest thing! But I highly recommend Dr Vincent and he has a great demeanor and talks through the problem!"
"I was not at all pleased with my recovery care. The lady was not pleasant, she made me feel like I was taking up her precious time and needing to be pushed out. I asked for a blanket and she told me I was leaving I didn't need one. I asked again for a bkanket when I was in the wheel chair, watching my room be cleaned (proof I'm being rushed- to then hear that room was done for the day) while I waited for someone to take me out, she ignored me, so I went to get my own, I would have fell over due to loss of balance (I felt ok, obviously I wasn't) and the cleaning lady caught me and gave me my blanket and also took my out for my ride. My ride went to the wrong pickup area, and without hesitation, she took me over there. She was fantastic. The 2 nurses, Madonna & Bridget were very kind when I got there to prep for surgery. The surgery room experience a bit scary, I've had a few surgeries, and I've never been coherent for that long of a time before a procedure (this was my 4th colonoscopy) I was quite emotional with anxiety, though this is an everyday event fir them, I feel like they need to remember that it isn't for us. Possibly for those that are extremely anxious, help us out with a little medication after we're prepped. That would help sooo much. Thank you for allowing me to express my thoughts."
"The entire office staff was very friendly and Dr. Vincent was extremely nice and very professional. He listened to all of my concerns and explained everything to me about what he was going to be doing to me and I felt very confident in him."
"I have never been to a business where everyone was awesome but from the time I arrived and signed in to see Dr. Vincent everyone was great and took very good care of me until I left and have been checked on since I've been home would highly recommend this facility. It was truly worth the 2 1/2 hour drive"
"The Endoscopy is not very pleasant but my experience with Dr. Vincent was exceptional. The intake process was quick, l could ask questions. Each person verified my ID, asked if l had questions. The Endoscopy was on schedule, and the recovery process was thorough, plus the nurses were caring and understanding. This medical experience was fine tuned process. Thank you soooo very much."
"Dr. Vincent was very polite, professional, and extremely thorough when he met with me prior to my procedure. He explained everything in detail. After the procedure, I woke up easily, without any complications. I would highly recommend Dr. Vincent and the staff of nurses. They were very kind, thoughtful, and attentive to my needs."
"Professional and efficient the whole way! They made the possibly dreaded experience of a colonoscopy very bearable and it was over quickly, and I felt great the rest of the day--no anesthesia nausea."
"Dr. Vincent was very clear in his explanations & recommendations. I was somewhat leary because I've thought so much of Dr. Pound over the years & Dr. Vincent had big shoes to fill. But I was differently pleased & look forward to seeing him again."
