"I wanted to share my experience to all the people who suffer from extreme fear, anxiety, nervous crisis and even panic attacks. My name’s Florencia, I come from Argentina. I’ve been dealing for years with stomach issues which increased over the last time. Several GI’s made me believe it was “emotional”, “she’s too sensitive”, “it’s all in her head”.. but the pain and the daily issues weren’t going away. Then I had the fortune to meet Dr Derek Lin. Since the beginning, he was different from every doctor I’ve ever met. He listened, he put on my shoes, he did proper research and he was the first one who could saw in me more than just a human overwhelmed with emotions. Eventually, he recommended and endoscopy and a colonoscopy together (which it was my BIGGEST fear ever). "I recently had an colonoscopy procedure done at Texas Endoscopy Plano by Dr. Lin. I highly recommend this surgeon. He was thorough in explaining all information before and after the procedure. Results were received quickly. The nurses were friendly and reassuring. The only glitch I saw was during the check-in procedure. Some people did not know how to use the kiosk easily or correctly to make copies of their DL or medical card."

"Good doctor. Listens to your problems. Doesn’t quickly dismiss them due to age and instead takes a solid look. He is very thorough, asks a lot of questions. He does a good job of explaining things so you can understand what’s going on. He doesn’t leave you with too many questions and he even took the extra step to predict what questions I would have and had options ready. He has a very good staff as well, nurse practitioners like Sunny ( may be spelled Sunni, I couldn’t find her name). I was really impressed with her too because she was so darn sharp. Formal and friendly. Asked a bunch of great questions, recorded everything I was telling her, found all my test results. She was also super prompt and thorough. This office is a really good office man, I’d been to 4-5 other officers prior and the treatment was nowhere near as good. Not even close. I drove an hour and a half to see this Doctor Lin and it was worth it. Busy office, I see why because the healthcare is great quality. 👍🏾 Thank you"
