But again they do their jobs and move you out. Now to get your results. Takes them for ever I had to call several times to get them. At Heartlink cardiac rehab 8811 Northeast Village Dr San Antonio TX 78217 I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customize service that made me focus, and was enjoyable to do my heartlink cardiac rehab with them. They efficiently organized our exercises to some fun music and now that I'm done with my physical therapy I carry the same organization to my gym workouts and it makes it fun and not so much a task and much easier to complete my routine instead of doing 15 minutes on 3 different machines 3 times a week I'm doing 4 to 5 days 20 to 30 minutes on each machine and at home I'm able to do and hour on my treadmill. They've given me that motivation to continue. And not be scared or afraid to improve and demonstrate my ability to break down my workouts into a manageable hour and feel good once I'm done for the day. Thank you all I definitely appreciate your support God bless you all. Continue doing what you're doing cause it matters more than you know. Gives us back more than just our confidence. "A wall sign in rear waiting room says no electronic devices so I didn't take my cell phone back with me and wasn't able to communicate with my husband. Staff was too busy to relay my status in recovery and when my husband asked he was told to just wait. She wasn't rude just not helpful."

"The visit with PA was great. She was kind , patient and understanding. However the MA who escorted me in was unkind . The BP electric cuff required two attempts and hurt me. The readings were high. She said would retake. She did not attempt to remove cuff, so I took off and attempted to place on other arm. She grabbed it from me. I responded. " you don't need to do that" she responded " you didn't needed to pull off your cuff" I am a nurse. I knew how to handle the cuff. In addition, my sister had passed away several days earlier. I did not needbany further confrontation. Thus, I remained quiet not making eye contact during the history review. I did make the PA aware as well. Ty."

"Smooth process from start to finish. My husband and I have both had a colonoscopy at S.A.G.A. We were told we'd be at the facility 2-2.5 hours and each visit was never more than 2.5 hours. The staff members from the front desk to the recovery room were great. Very friendly, caring and compassionate. We were called prior to the procedures to pay our portion of the facility bill. It was nice to have that all taken care of before hand. No one looks forward to this procedure, but the folks at San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates do their best to make it a positive experience.
