The clean-out prep was a little on the hectic side, but the tablets made it a smooth operation (no pun intended). The big "hoobajoob" operation was totally anticlimactic since you're out! We had a video call as an introduction, and there was minimal interaction with him before and after the procedure, but he did offer the opportunity to ask questions or share concerns, etc. I didn’t have any but I’m sure he would have taken the time to listen if I had."

"Found Dr. Meline on Yelp… was a little scared about it, but I cannot say enough positive things about this doctor and his office. From the time I called to make an appointment, phone was answered by a super friendly comforting woman who made me feel assured. Then the communication from the office setting up my account, tele appointment, and procedure appointment was prompt, easy, convenient. Then the tele appointment was amazing! Dr. Meline was right on time, went over everything, was humorous, spent time to answer any questions, I loved this kind of appointment - total respect of my time. Now to the picking up of what I like to call my weight loss kit.. the prep kit or “Sh*%t kit” is offered complete at the doctors office, so convenient and economical. Brilliant idea. The receptionist in Dr. Meline’s office was engaging, efficient and thorough. Plus the parking is right outside the office door. Now to my prep… the best prep of my three previous ones. Day of colonoscopy… got to surgical center… walked in, did my paperwork, was called back all within ten minutes; no time for me to read my book, bummer. Haha Loved, loved loved the “staff in the back”. Amazingly efficient, friendly, engaging, great communication. Again, everything was on time. Dr. Meline was waiting for me as soon as they wheeled me back… a few questions next thing I know I’m finished and up and Dr. Meline is going over my procedure and results. "I transferred to Dr. Meline as My Dr. retired. I will say I like the smaller office and the actual time for the procedures is a lot less. Quicker in/out. Everyone is friendly and like a few reviews on here I was subject to bills not covered by anesthesia by "My Prior Dr." These are covered even though out of network and when I mentioned it to Dr. Meline, he stated to call his office and they would handle it if there is an issue. Great communication and I will absolutely continue here."

"After facing some weird symptoms over the past few years I recently decided to try to figure out what was happening with my body. I've seen 7 different doctors in the past 6 months and when I brought up the possibility of an auto immune disease like celiac disease I was often dismissed and sent for more tests. I finally found a doctor willing to do a blood panel for celiac which came back with extremely high levels. They recommended me to get a biopsy done but said it would take 3+ months to get into a GI specialist. I decided that I didn't want to wait that long and that is when I found Dr. Meline. To my surprise Dr Meline called the radiologist directly and insisted on getting the results that day. He then called me directly and gave me the precious information I needed!
