"This was my first colonoscopy experience and the staff was absolutely amazing! From the check-in, to Dr. Evans, and all the way to recovery, I was taken great care of. Everyone took their time introducing themselves to me and making sure that I knew what was expected for the procedure. I was never rushed and everyone was so kind. I would highly recommend this practice and the Texas Endoscopy Center. When I was done, they also gave me an envelope with everyone’s name on it and I absolutely loved this. I like knowing people’s names, but this helped ensure that I would be able to refer back to it if needed. I do want to give a special shout out to Jillian, the Pre-op nurse. I spent the most time with her as she prepared me and to say she was phenomenal is an understatement."

"The process of scheduling the appointment and getting the information about preparing for the colonoscopy was difficult. It took at least two months to get any communication after I was referred. The information about prep came two days before the procedure. Once I was at the facility everything was very smooth and the service was tremendous. I am very satisfied with the whole process once I was at the facility for the procedure."
