Reviews
Outstanding physician. He listens to everything you say then makes an educated decision about the best course of action for your medical issue. He is very intelligent and highly educated.
Dr Gogia is an outstanding physician. He is thorough and speaks directly and frankly. He did not allow me to cling to illusions that medicine alone could fix my medical problems without drastic and difficult lifestyle changes. He was firm because his dedication to honesty, and is one reason I am alive and happy today. If this were a review of Dr. Gogia as a physician, there wouldn’t be enough stars. The reason for my 4 star review is that his office staff leaves much to be desired. They do everything, ‘when they can get to it,’. Escalating to urgent does nothing. Getting information for other doctors, a call back is a not a priority and when pointed out, I found the staff to be dismissive and rude as if I was unreasonable for expecting what I was told to expect. The call center is a nightmare. One of his office staff Samantha, has made me so upset over the phone that I was in tears because I could not get her to fax a simple document in a timely fashion. I spent a week in severe pain because I could not have a procedure without approval. These incidents are sadly not isolated. That being said, I continue to see Dr. Gogia because he IS so good and worth the staff derived issues.
I am very pleased to have Dr.Gogia and his staff caring for me. They are efficient, professional, skilled, friendly and helpful. Their location and parking are so handy for me. They care and know me. They are all supremely skilled care givers.
First experience with a colonoscopy was pleasant. Thank you.
Everyone is pleasant and the wait time is minimal.
