Dr. Desai was a God send (literally) when I almost died from chronic pancreatitis last spring. My pancreas was almost destroyed by a gall stone blockage and there was very little left. Dr. Desai is one of few specialists that knows how to treat this illness with minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Desai’s right hand person Amber was also invaluable in the treatment process. She was and is always available to deal with questions or concerns as I am still healing after 6 months. As I continue to meet with Dr. Desai during my healing, he is the most caring and patient Dr. I have EVER known. He truly cares about his patients and is amazingly skilled at what he does. If you are on the other side of the world and have ANY Gastro issues, especially concerning the pancreas, I would suggest making the effort to contact him. I could go on and on. I’ll leave it at this - HE WAS AND IS A GIFT FROM GOD!!!

I recently had an excellent experience with Dr. Desi and his surgical staff. He was very thorough with how the procedure would go and the staff was great at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I left the facility feeling well cared for. They even contacted me a few days later to see how I was doing!
