Ulcerative Colitis

GI Alliance is offering a clinical research study assessing the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medicine for Patients with Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis.
You may qualify for participation in this study if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have a diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis for more than 3 months
- Have active Ulcerative Colitis confirmed by endoscopy
There are other criteria that you will need to meet to qualify, which the study team will discuss with you.
The investigational study drug in this study is:
- taken orally in a tablet form, and
- is tested in people who have not responded well to conventional treatment, like corticosteroids, or biologics

Please note: you will not qualify for this study if you have any of the following: severe extensive colitis; diagnosis of Crohn's disease (CD) or indeterminate colitis or the presence or history of a fistula consistent with CD; diagnosis of microscopic colitis, ischemic colitis, or infectious colitis. Please still complete a form, as we have other clinical trials that are actively recruiting.
