Dr. Ratuapli is wonderful, he explains everything that is going to take place and ensures that all questions are answered prior to the procedure. After procedure is complete, he provides you with the results and answers all questions. The staff is wonderful, very professional and kind.
Dr. Shiva K. Ratuapli is by far one of the best doctors I have. He is always friendly and very articulate. It is so refreshing to go to a doctor's office and be treated like a human and not an object.

This was my second colonoscopy with the doctor. I’m quite pleased with everything. I was treated very well and all details were explained. The doctor, anesthesiologist and staff were very professional, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.
