Gastroenterologist

About Justin Kosirog, M.D.

Why Gastroenterology?

I have a family member with a GI disease which first piqued my interest in the field of gastroenterology. I then grew to enjoy treating many different disease processes involved in GI including IBD, liver diseases, and celiac disease to name a few. I also enjoy performing endoscopy including screening/surveillance procedures as well as diagnostic procedures. I am triple boarded as I am board certified in Gastroenterology, Internal medicine and Emergency Medicine. Given being an Emergency Medicine physician, I have an interest also in emergent procedures as well.

What Can Patients Expect?

They can expect a physician who truly cares about them as an individual who wants the best for the patient and tries to treat the mind, body and soul. Patients can expect a physician who is also thorough, knowledgeable,  and wants to get to know his patients and treat all individuals with respect and kindness.
