About Justin Kosirog, M.D.
Why Gastroenterology?
I have a family member with celiac disease which for first piqued my interest in the field of gastroenterology. From there, I grew to love all the different disease processes including IBD, liver pathology, and celiac disease to name a few. I also love performing endoscopy. I am also board certified in Emergency Medicine and have an interest in emergent procedures for GI bleeding, food bolus, sigmoid volvulus, etc.

Patients can expect a physician who cares for the individual and who treats all individuals with respect and kindness and is thorough and diligent.

- Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University
- Medical Degree: Medical Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago
- Medical Residency: Internal Medicine/Emergency Medicine Residency at University of Illinois in Chicago (Chief Resident in 2019-2020)
- Medical Fellowship: The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (Chief Fellow in 2022-2023)

Every one there from reception to nurses and doctors did a great job, thank you!!!
The nurse that got me prepped was great. Dr. Kosirog came in and introduced himself to me, he was very pleasant and professional. The nurse anesthesiologist had me out in a flash. All in all everything was handled very professionally and efficiently.
Great reception, from the first contact by phone, to in office personnel with document registration and yes, my visit with Dr. Kosirog, has me at ease with future visits .
Very professional. Very clean environment. Surgeon and anesthesia nurse came and spoke with me putting me at ease.
