The 1 star ding is for the waiting room. Every patient sat with an empty seat between them. Last I took the last available one empty seat between for safety. Upon checkout there was no one in the waiting room. What I found I was unable to do was book a follow-up appointment for 1 year. There software is inadequate to be able to do so.
