My name is Diana Casales Nerro. I have been under the care of an exceptional and professional nurse practitioner that if compared to all the specialists and doctors I have been visiting since 2005, has demonstrated to be the most qualified and attentive to my symptoms and possible causes, that is reflective of the uniqueness of patients in a case by case basis, doctor out there.
Jessica is like one of those doctors from the early ages of personalized care for her patients, if she says "I will call you to see how you are progressing" she does. I have never seen anything like it. She investigates and collaborates with others in her team to expedite the best response to outgoing weird symptoms.
I was dying from pains, gastro cardiac conditions and symptoms, living a terrible life experience, and with one visit, ONE VISIT, Jessica knew exactly what I had and proceeded to treat it, after two different emergency room with CT scans and blood work could not figure out. Or dd not want to figure out. That was truly remarkable.
Thanks to her care I am able to live a healthy live.
She is the go to Gastroenterologists you need. I absolutely trust her with my health, and will never again, go to any other doctor for my gastrointestinal care.

Attentive staff and thorough prep information, Hard to reach a person on the phone however for follow up communication.

From the check in staff to the nurse practitioner everyone was well receptive and knowledgeable of their job. I was seem and heard.
I always give Gastroenteroloogy Assooc. Of Fl.a 5 start rating. The main reason for that is that they treat me with dignity and respect. They know I have no idea what's going on and they take there little extra time which I'm grateful for to dumb it down for me so I feel comfortable with what's happening and going to happen. They are the same way over the phone if I call with a question. I'm not saying I'm a complete moron but they make me feel 100% about the care I am receiving from them if I could I'd give them 100 stars
I forgot to mention i was throwing up so much i had gone to the ER, you can get the results from jfk, and the next day a throw up at work so not sure what it is all about

Everyone in the reception area is nice friendly and helpful. I then saw Jessica and she was wonderful. I highly recommend.
