Dale is a kind, compassionate and respectful NP. I’ve spoken with her for many years. I also respect Staci who is very efficient and forgiving when I’ve been difficult & cranky.
TDDC has a wonderful Staff and offices. Easy access to the building and plenty of parking. The office visit is prompt and on time. This visit as well as past visits was very pleasant. I am thankful to have their team on my side.
As a referred new patient by my PCP, I was beginning to get discourage because it took me two months to receive a returned phone calls to be told I would have to see if Dr Bransetter would see me as a new patient after reviewing my records and see if I am excepted or declined. We'll, I thought that was different!
I finally received a called and said I could see NP Dale Fuller, I excepted the appointment as a new patient for pre screening colonoscopy and was a little anxious, praying all will go well. Dale was absolutely great, very personable and explained everything throughly; I felt very comfortable as a new patient.
I was told to arrive thirty minutes early for appointment and I thought I was going to fill out tons of papers, but only had two. The person that called me to the back went over all questions with me that was needed and noted. That was a plus for me!
Overall, the staff was friendly and courteous and beautuful facility.
I most definitely would recommend to my family and friends!!

The procedure was quick and painless. Dr Mills took care of me. Prep was typical for colonoscopy, not fun. But necessary.
This was a pre screening colonoscopy appointment. The physician I had for my last one had retired so I had my pre screening with Dale Fuller, one of the NP's in that office. Check in staff were efficient though not super friendly. I think they are just used to a rote presentation for check in. Dale was great, she is very personable, explained everything very well and gave me multiple options. She made me feel comfortable. The scheduler, Staci, was very friendly, explained instructions well and worked with me to find a time and doctor that worked with my schedule. A good experience with this office and I personally would recommend them.

Dr Branstetter and NP Dale Fuller are absolutely wonderful! They are very hands on and actually listen to your concerns and answer your questions! Would definitely recommend!!
Visited with Dr. Branstetter to talk about some issue and to establish myself as a new patient. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. Dr. Branstetter listened to me and then talked about a plan moving forward. She is easy to talk with and explains things so you can understand what she is saying medically. I already feel better and the staff scheduled my test and gave me the info I needed for that. Very efficiently ran practice and could not be happier with my choice!
