The facility was clean, pleasant and the front staff very friendly and efficient. All of the nurses were amazingly pleasant and helpful. Dr Pathikonda was so informative, kind and reassuring. It was a very pleasant experience, no stress involved at all. Highly recommend

The wait in the waiting room was a little long about 40 minutes but actual visit with provider went well. I was disappointed that I paid $70 specialist copay to be told to continue with the medication I was on. Not the providers fault but the MA had only called in a one time prescription with no refills so I felt like I needed to be seen. I could have had my PCP to call that in if I would have known. Overall Amy is very nice and knowledgeable.
Love Amy!! She's so personable, kind, knowledgeable and truly cares. She makes me feel like we've known each other for years.

The scheduling for my colonoscopy is just way too far out while I'm in pain and I waited a couple of months for an appt which I understand but having to wait almost 4 months until the procedure, plus being in pain, is way not cool and worrisome!!!
