Connecticut GI: Farmington

As a new patient, my first interaction happened to be with Fern by phone when I called to say I was going to be 7 minutes late. She had such a bad attitude on the phone; wouldn’t even explain the office policy when I asked her on the phone After telling her I myself work in the front office at a doctors office and I know how important arriving on time is. I went onto to tell her I waited Several months for this appointment and basically she don’t wanna hear it from me and quickly hurry me off the phone. Thankfully, my appointment with the provider was amazing. He turned the whole visit around as I told him my concerns in the exam room. Also, I definitely want to include that Karen at my checkout was completely amazing and such an asset to the practice. Would I also want to include which is the most important is that “Fern” And I apologise if I’m not spelling her name correctly; She and her coworker who is on the other side of the front window seem to think the window is soundproof and it’s not so as they were both talking about me as I was sitting there filling out my paperwork was very disheartening as a new patient. Maybe she should go outside sit in the waiting room and see how much of a conversation one can hear While they’re talking. I hope my comments are shared with her.
