Austin Gastro - Endoscopy Center III - Bee Cave, TX

Just had my first (routine) colonoscopy so I was a little nervous and unsure of what to expect. The check-in process at this center the morning of my procedure went very smoothly. Staff were all courteous. The nursing/medical staff got me back quickly and seeing my uncertainty, they were super reassuring. They explained everything thoroughly and got me settled in and comfortable before my procedure. Dr. Havemann is the best! He has a wonderful bedside manner, super thorough, and provides the highest quality of care. I would highly recommend this facility and Dr. Havemann to anyone needing gastroenterological care.

Every single person I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. This was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor's office. I really appreciate it. Dr. Havemann is great and easy going, and he really does have a great team helping him. They explained things well before the procedure. They answered my questions ahead of time as far as how payment and insurance would work. They got be checked in quickly and made it easy to get comfortable while I waited (a very short wait). The people (nurses, etc.) that helped me before and after were all as nice as could be. The anesthesiologist was also friendly and put me at ease. Great experience really.
