Well, I can start by saying that the treatment was friendly but it did not meet my expectations, since I thought that the doctor would check the rectum, but that was not the case.

Dr. Medrano is the BEST! Caring, mindful, & kind. He saw me on very short notice (I called at 9:00 a.m. on Monday July 3rd, & he saw me at noon that day), AND he worked me in for an endoscopy on Wednesday July 5th early morning! I have been seehim for a number of years & he's always been GREAT! (THANK YOU, Dr. Medrano!)

Last week I visited Gastro Associates of Florida, at their Atlantis office. I have been going there for years and have always found the doctors and nurses and staff to be excellent. I saw Jessica Gonzalez at my last appointment, and she was professional and kind and terrific! She knew just how to handle my case. She works with a truly special doctor, Miles Medrano. Dr. Medrano has taken time out of his very busy schedule to call me and explain things and comfort me-amazing! One of his nurses, Maria, has also been extremely thoughtful. For those of us who have health issues, it is so important to know that our healthcare professionals "get" us and care about us. This office is the BEST!
