Reviews

I’ve had the pleasure of being seen at Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio twice now, and both experiences have been exceptional. Dr. Zarema Singson is not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly kind and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The staff, from the front desk to the Medical Assistants, nurses, and anesthesiologists, were all equally wonderful. Everyone I encountered was friendly, courteous, and made sure I was well taken care of. I really appreciate how they work as a team to provide top-notch care, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed and I felt supported every step of the way. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Singson and her team at Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio for anyone needing gastroenterological care. They truly go above and beyond to provide a positive and professional experience.

I would like to share my experience about Dr. Singson. Any patient who goes in to have a colonoscopy goes in there blind. The fear if its going to hurt, being under sedation, and of course the results. I was informed of every step they were going to do an was made comfortable afterwards. The procedure took less than 20 minutes. My daughter was called by my nurse which was a big relief bc she had the same fears as me. She was told about how the procedure went , that i was already in recovery an would be called. Shortly to go to the back .The nurse exlained everything to my daughter an she was very pleased. I was told i needed to return in 5 years an i will moat definitely be going back to her.

Everything was almost great exept for my discharge. I do not remember Dr coming by other than the anesthesia doc but The nurse told me she did and I believed she did I probably was still very loopy. But when the nurse ask me to set up all of the sudden I only can see a circle of darkness around the nurse face and I told her that I was feeling really dizxy and al around darkness except her face. I started to lay back and she said do you want me to call ems ? I said I think is my Blood pressure and promply she said no your blood pressure is fine and she did not ket me lay back. Everything came back to normal quick but I felt that the nurse just wanted me out if there. I believed gor best practice dhe should have recheck my blood pressure. She had water for me but I ask if she could give me juice , she replied I had ask for water. I do mot remember that but she did gave me juice and by the way she took the IV while I was having my epidode. I just fell rush to get me out. I felt better after a couple of hours . The colonoscopy was ok, my intake nurse was grateful but my discharge nurse not si caring. thank you
